How it works

When you call, we match the number you’re calling from to your rewards account. If you’re close to the shop, we connect you to their local tow partner and your vehicle is towed to the shop. Otherwise we connect you to our nationwide roadside service.

What’s covered

• Towing to the nearest qualified repair shop, or the shop of your choice.
• Lockouts when your keys are lost or locked inside.
• Flat tires: your spare is put on. No usable spare, or two or more flats, and you’re towed.
• Fuel, oil, fluid and water delivery. You pay for the fluids themselves.
• Jump-starts for a dead battery.

Coverage

Your coverage renews automatically when you . Nationwide service is reimbursed up to $150 per breakdown. Passenger vehicles only.

Getting reimbursed (nationwide service)

Pay the provider, then send your claim within 60 days of the breakdown with your receipt (or card statement) and the invoice from your last service.

Not covered

• Repairs, parts, keys, and the cost of fuel or fluids.
• Unattended vehicles, impound or police-ordered tows, storage, fines.
• Roads that aren’t maintained (beaches, fields, forests), or vehicles unsafe to tow.
• A second tow for the same breakdown, or non-emergency service.
• Motorhomes, trailers, motorcycles, vehicles over one ton, and commercial, racing or off-road use.
• Breakdowns involving alcohol or drugs.
